• We ship worldwide via trusted couriers (DHL, Aramex, etc.).
• Processing time: 2–4 business days.
• Delivery time varies by destination (5–12 working days).
• Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
🔖 Notes:
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Custom-made dresses may take additional processing time.
• We are not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs in your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Queen of Peace, we care deeply about your satisfaction.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
